The short version

• No accounts, no sign-up, no cookies for tracking.
• The text you translate goes from your browser to our server and then to a third-party AI model provider, solely to produce your draft.
• We never put your text into URLs, public pages or shared caches, and there is no public sharing feature.
• Our server logs record metadata — time, latency, status — not your text.

Where your text goes

Translation is the one feature that sends your input anywhere. Your short text travels from your browser to our server, which forwards it to our translation provider — currently an API relay at newapi.dragon3api.com, serving the gpt-6-sol model — which processes the text under its own terms and privacy policy, and the draft comes back the same way. If the provider or model changes, this page is updated to name the new one. Everything else on the site — the dictionary, alphabet keyboard and phrase pages — runs without sending your input anywhere.

Because of this flow, please do not paste sensitive personal information into a translation tool.

What our logs contain

Request logs record operational metadata: the time of the request, how long it took, its status, and counts such as text length. They do not record the text itself or the drafts returned. Rate limiting uses an IP address to keep the service within its budget; it is not used to profile anyone.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics today. If we add analytics later, it will be task-level only — events like “a translation was run” or “a page loaded”, never the text being worked on — and this page will say so before it ships.

Questions and deletion

We store no accounts and no translation history, so there is usually nothing of yours here to delete. For anything else — including questions about the third-party model provider once named — email contact@anglosaxontranslator.com. See the contact page for what to include.
